This clutch is made without the problematic square pucks! It comes with round ones new like seen the first time around. This one comes with a little over 60%EBS reduction from the OEM clutch, meaning it slightly slows when letting off the pedal but without throwing you forward In your seat or harshly automatically slowing down when you let off the gas between 5-15mph like the OEM secondary does.
The Helix in this one is good for people not crazy about heavy/ strong engine braking. It has mild but usable EBS in low gear, and just really light/faint EBS in high gear more like the original setups that came in 2017+ RZR 1000XP OEM clutches.

This is a P90XT clutch with the same heavy-duty design that comes on the 16-20 RZR Turbo. *This is the EBS style of clutch, meaning it has a one way bearing which adds EBS (engine brake system). This came stock on 2009 RZR 800-S. The 2008-2009 RZR 800 and 800-S have a Tied style secondary with a moderate EBS helix in it. This 1-way EBS type primary goes great with the 2008-2009 RZR 800 stock secondary. The 2010-2014 RZR 800 come with a weaker EBS disposable type clutch called a Rapid Reaction secondary. You can add this next to the 10-14 OEM Rapid Reaction Secondary but EBS gain will be mild or not noticable unless you upgrade your 2010-2014 Rapid Reaction secondary to a Tied style secondary first. Ranger 900 XP (2016-2019) PERFORMANCE TUNED Primary Clutch
Mother Clutcher aftermarket performance-tuned clutch made as an OE style Polaris primary (aka drive) clutch specific for 2016-2019 Polaris Ranger 900 XP models including base Crew XP models. THIS DOES NOT WORK ON 2013-2016 900 Ranger MODELS UNLESS YOU FLASH THE ESC FOR HIGHER RPM LIMIT OR INSTALL A 2016-2019 STOCK RANGER ECM ON YOUR 2013-2016 MODEL.
This clutch engages around 2000rpm like oem but in high gear by the time you cruise 20mph you're at 4600 rpm vs oem 4200rpm.
During wide-open throttle this clutch allows Ranger to stay where it makes more power between 7500-7800 rpm like a 2015+RZR 900 instead of being governed down to below 6800rpm max like the oem Ranger clutch is.
We were able to reach 60mph with no problem on the otherwise all stock 2018 Ranger 900 XP. As with the OEM clutch, the 900 engine still gets a little slow to climb faster after it reaches about 50mph BUT the 0-50mph time is noticeably improved and just typical trail riding the throttle more responsive since the engine can stay more in the upper powerband.
Top speed and RPMs while accelerating will vary slightly depending on your tire size and your belt and secondary clutch condition. Keep in mind the factory 2016+ rev limiter is 8000rpm so this can add performance safely.

Sportsman 550 (2009-2014) Primary Clutch- EBS Type

This clutch is made just for Sportsman 550, unlike other aftermarket ones.
Notice this has correct fins and has the much-needed reverse threads on the shaft and spider-like the original clutch, Reason that is so critical is the clutch mounts opposite end of crankshaft as most polaris models so spins opposite way, others with standard threads will come apart on the crank!

Ranger 700 XP (2008-2009) Secondary Clutch Tied Type EBS
Mother Clutcher aftermarket clutch made as a OE style Polaris secondary (aka driven) clutch made specific for 2008-2009 Ranger 700.
This is also an upgrade to EBS type / removable helix rebuildable style like the one that came stock on some 800 models. It gets rid of the old one piece type clutch labeled as Rapid Reaction. The rapid reaction has weak and non-rebuildable EBS system. This clutch is set up just for Ranger 700, unlike other aftermarket ones.
We have spent a good amount of time testing and revising these clutches before selling them to make sure they have smooth and responsive performance on 2008-2009 Ranger 700. You will notice some improved engine breaking when let off the gas pedal going between 5-15 mph!

Some models above came with EBS bearing clutch gem part number 1322953. Others came with NON-EBS clutch number 1322814. This is the NON-EBS bearing (non-braking) clutch like 1322814 meaning that the wheeler is not going to brake automatically as much when let off the gas just coasting as if you had oem EBS primary #1322953. It fits BOTH applications and It also helps clutch bearing life/ belt life, and transmission, in our opinion, using your brake pads more to slow down instead of your clutch. That being said, some prefer full EBS.

This is the EBS style of clutch, which means it has a one way bearing which adds EBS (engine brake system) to some years of RZR 570 that did not originally come with the feature. If you have a RZR 570 L.E. you already had this style clutch and it will perform same as your stock one. If you have another year or package RZR 570, you will feel that upgrade because it helps you slow down a little when you let off the gas which equals less wear on your brakes.
