UPGRADED PRIMARY CLUTCH FEATURES: This P90XT clutch comes with the same heavy-duty proven design that came on the 2016-2020 RZR Turbo stock. It does away with the failure-prone casting flaws that are known to cause the P90X clutch (that came stock on the Pro XP models) to explode at high RPMs. Another huge improvement with this P90XT-type clutch is its ability to hold more belt grip without slipping at higher RPMs, which keeps the power on the ground. This also greatly prolongs the life of the belt by keeping the friction and temperature down. By keeping the RPMs down, it avoids hitting the rev limiter at full throttle which eliminates the chance of your engine light coming on and forcing it into limp mode. The only downfall to these and all the P90XT clutches in general, is not a performance issue but a sound issue. They tick at idle and it is very noticeable if you start it up with the plastic cover off. The reason they tick is due to the design, the spider moves freely in the main basket instead of having buttons which causes them to tick at idle. However, the sound fades away once you give it a little throttle.
UPGRADED SECONDARY FEATURES: Secondary clutch updates includes the improvements made to the oem lower sheaves housing equivalent to oem part number 1323789. It replaces the problematic early 2020 part numbers 1323780, 1323781, and 1323782
STIFFER SECONDARY CLUTCH SPRINGS IMPORTANCE FOR IMPROVED BELT GRIP: The stock Polaris Pro XP secondary came with a relatively weak spring considering the amount of horsepower they produce which often leads to problems with belt glazing and eventually RPM surging and belt slipping which ruins belts repeatedly and hurts performance. Our secondary comes with a stiffer spring pre-installed, which provides the much-needed increased belt grip which fights against belt slip both while under a load such as mud or hills and in full-throttle situations. This also helps run larger tires without slipping/smoking your belts.

THE DETAILS: This is for one clutch returned to us during its original warranty period. Some have been returned to us with the reason simply as "bought by mistake/or not what I needed". Other returns had failed mechanical parts that have been now been remedied. The internal parts that have common wear on these style clutches are buttons, rollers, weights, and bearing and those have all been inspected by us and then we replaced any /all parts needed to make sure this is in 100% usable condition.
CLUTCH APPEARANCE/COSMETIC LOOKS: Exactly what cosmetic condition you receive your clutch in is not guaranteed. This one comes with a little over 60%EBS reduction from the OEM clutch, meaning it slightly slows when letting off the pedal but without throwing you forward In your seat or harshly automatically slowing down when you let off the gas between 5-15mph like the OEM secondary does.
The Helix in this one is good for people not crazy about heavy/ strong engine braking. It has mild but usable EBS in low gear, and just really light/faint EBS in high gear more like the original setups that came in 2017+ RZR 1000XP OEM clutches.
It works with your standard belts and nothing is needed to be done to the primary clutch to use this one.

RANGER 1000 XP (2022+) HD Performance Primary Clutch *NON HVAC ONLY
Mother Clutcher complete non-EBS HD clutch upgrade comes with weight and springs already in it ready to mount up and use!
Bolt-on and go on 2022 and newer Polaris Ranger 1000 XP NON-HVAC EDITIONS. This upgrade lets the engine rev up a little higher than the oem did (about 300 rpm higher at full throttle).
This is a P90XT clutch with the same heavy-duty design that comes on the 16-20 RZR Turbo. It does away with the failure-prone casting flaws that the P90X clutch that came on the Ranger originally and replaces it with a more proven design that can handle more than double the Ranger 1000 Horsepower and still not fail.
To swap to this clutch you only need the P90X puller tool to get stock one off, and the new mounting bolt for my clutch and BOTH are included in this listing!
The only downfall on these has nothing to do with function or performance but rather just a sound. They tick at idle ( when under 2300 rpm) by design for same reason the OEM RZR Turbo clicks at idle. It is because the spider moves freely in the clutch basket by design, unlike the oem clutch that it's replacing.
