Ranger 900 XP (2016-2019) PERFORMANCE TUNED Primary Clutch
Mother Clutcher aftermarket performance-tuned clutch made as an OE style Polaris primary (aka drive) clutch specific for 2016-2019 Polaris Ranger 900 XP models including base Crew XP models. This clutch engages around 2000rpm like oem but in high gear by the time you cruise 20mph you're at 4600 rpm vs oem 4200rpm.
During wide-open throttle this clutch allows Ranger to stay where it makes more power between 7500-7800 rpm like a 2015+RZR 900 instead of being governed down to below 6800rpm max like the oem Ranger clutch is.
We were able to reach 60mph with no problem on the otherwise all stock 2018 Ranger 900 XP. As with the OEM clutch, the 900 engine still gets a little slow to climb faster after it reaches about 50mph BUT the 0-50mph time is noticeably improved and just typical trail riding the throttle more responsive since the engine can stay more in the upper powerband.
Top speed and RPMs while accelerating will vary slightly depending on your tire size and your belt and secondary clutch condition. Keep in mind the factory 2016+ rev limiter is 8000rpm so this can add performance safely.

Bolt-on and go on 2022 and newer Polaris Ranger 1000 XP NON-HVAC EDITIONS. This upgrade lets the engine rev up a little higher than the oem did (about 300 rpm higher at full throttle).
This is a P90XT clutch with the same heavy-duty design that comes on the 16-20 RZR Turbo. It does away with the failure-prone casting flaws that the P90X clutch that came on the Ranger originally and replaces it with a more proven design that can handle more than double the Ranger 1000 Horsepower and still not fail.

It fits BOTH applications and It also helps clutch bearing life/ belt life, and transmission, in our opinion, using your brake pads more to slow down instead of your clutch. The 2005-2007 BF 750's used the skinny weights clutch design and this clutch updates it to the 2008+ wider weights. The 2008-2011 had the wider weights design but still had a very short spring that barely put pressure on the metal cover which made the 2005-2011 clutches often compress down on the CVT belt slightly at idle so they wouldn't always 100% disengage. For that reason this has the 2012-2022 longer spring style for smoother gear shifting, also the matching 2012+ weights that are proven to keep the RPMs at full throttle applications in the peak power band and the closest possible to the 750 v-twins peak HP RPM which is 6750 rpms. If using this clutch on a 2005-2011 BF750 the oem 2012-2022 CVT belt oem part number 59011-0019 is a optional upgrade that is recommended but not required.

Sportsman 500 (1999-2013) Secondary Clutch EBS Tied Helix type

RZR 900 & S (2016+) EBS Tied Upgrade Secondary Clutch
Mother Clutcher Tied upgrade secondary clutch for models listed. This is a true "tied type" upgrade clutch to bolt-on upgrade and replaces the BOSS style clutch that originally came on all packages of 2016+ RZR 900. These come with correct splines in them to bolt on and run on ALL 2016+ Polaris RZR 900 including 2 seats, 4 seaters, and S and Trail editions. This is an improved EBS setup, more details on that below.
For the first time, this model comes with round rollers instead of square pucks.

EBS SPECS (Engine Braking Specs): The downhill engine braking on this set is also smoother than what came originally on the 2016+ RZR 900. The primary is the one-way bearing like what came in all the 900 trail models and many 900-S models as well. This set does not get rid of the engine braking from 0-18mph but makes it more usable. The original setup was a little intense and yanked when the clutches' braking kicked in ( especially in low gear if let off the gas between 6-10 mph). These reduce that just a little down to a usable medium-to-moderate amount of engine braking that comes in steady but more smooth and consistently than the original setup.
IMPROVEMENTS VS STOCK: This is a true Tied style design that replaces the slightly weaker BOSS clutch the 900 came with. This is the same style of clutch that came on the 2014-15 XP 1000's and other higher-end XP models throughout the years but with correct splines to slide on your 16+ RZR 900. This Tied design has been around a long time and is very well-proven. Upgrading your secondary means less belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency and performance, and superior performance for the long haul.

This clutch comes with the 2012-2022 Brute Force 750 equivalent weights and spring in it so it's the same specs new replacement when putting on 2012-2022 BF 750 BUT also a bolt-on upgrade when going on any 2005-2011 Brute Force 750.
The 2005-2007 BF 750's used the skinny weights clutch design and this clutch updates it to the 2008+ wider weights. The 2008-2011 had the wider weights design but still had a very short spring that barely put pressure on the metal cover which made the 2005-2011 clutches often compress down on the CVT belt slightly at idle so they wouldn't always 100% disengage. For that reason this has the 2012-2022 longer spring style for smoother gear shifting, also the matching 2012+ weights that are proven to keep the RPMs at full throttle applications in the peak power band and the closest possible to the 750 v-twins peak HP RPM which is 6750 rpms. If using this clutch on a 2005-2011 BF750 the oem 2012-2022 CVT belt oem part number 59011-0019 is a optional upgrade that is recommended but not required.

Brute Force 650 SRA, Prairie 700 & 650 Primary Clutch
SPECS AND TUNING: This clutch comes pre-tuned specific for models above. This comes correct for ready to bolt on and ride with weights and spring already in it! We have spent a good amount of time testing and revising these clutches before selling them to make sure they have smooth and responsive performance on models above.
Upgrades made are that the clutch has the wider weight slots and wider weights in it that Kawasaki only uses on some of the 2008 and newer models. We wanted to use the newer wider weights design, but with the grams of them to keep the clutch in the peak rpm range. The weights that come in this keep the rpms at full throttle applications in the peak powerband for the 650-700 stock v-twin engines which is a peak HP RPM of 6500 RPMs. The low and mid-throttle range acts like a new oem stock clutch. Another update made is the spring. The oem springs on these models are a very short spring that barely put pressure on the metal cover when not under a load which made the oem clutches often compress down on the CVT belt slightly at idle so they wouldn't always 100% disengage which can make it slightly sticky/grabby when trying to shift. For that reason, this comes with a slightly longer spring in it for smoother gear s.
