The original clutches for the 2010 and older Ranger 500 had no bearing in the primary, this upgrades primary to the 2011 and newer center 1 way bearing setup!
This also has an upgraded secondary clutch to a true Tied style EBS secondary with a removable helix which allows smoother and yet slightly stringer engine breaking when you let off the gas pedal under 20 mph. The Tied type secondary in this kit is also rebuildable while some years of oem with years that came with snap ring on back of secondary OR Rapid Reaction style secondary clutches are not.
These clutches are made just for Ranger 500, unlike other aftermarket ones. We have spent a good amount of time testing and revising these clutches before selling them to make sure they have smooth and responsive performance on Ranger 500 all years.

These clutches have been upgraded again in 2021 and now included premium rollers, buttons and shafts standard!
New belt is optional but recommended to switch to a oem 2011-2013 belt # 3211113 belt or aftermarket equivalent of that part number when going on a 2010 or older Ranger 500.

Mother Clutcher aftermarket clutch made as a OE style Tied helix removable helix secondary (aka driven) clutch made specific as stock spec replacement when going on a 2011-2013 Polaris Ranger 500.
This clutch is an upgrade because it is the more proven design tied type with removable helix. The 2011-2013 Ranger 500 already has the bearing type primary clutch so this is a bolt-on replacement. If it is a 2010 or older Ranger 500 it will NOT work unless upgrade the primary clutch to a bearing type primary (I also sell that ) to go with it.

1999-2010 came with no bearing, this upgrades it to a one-way bearing for smoother gear shifting and engine braking.
2011-2014 models came with a 2-way non-EBS bearing, so this upgrades it to an EBS bearing which will keep the engine braking active even at slower speeds.
