Mounts up and works on MOST 2017 Ranger 1000 XP and SOME 2018 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP (SOME CREW MODELS ONLY ON 2018!). This clutch is made without the problematic square pucks! Comes with round ones new like seen the first time around.
- EBS SYSTEM: has over 40%EBS reduction from the oem clutch, meaning it stops your 2017 Ranger 1000 from throwing you forward In your seat, or harshly automatically slowing down when you let off the gas between 5-15mph like the Oem secondary does. Ranger 400 (2010-2014) Primary and Secondary Clutch- Both sides upgraded!

- Primary & secondary clutch + primary clutch puller made as a OE style upgrade for 2010-2014 Polaris Ranger 400 all packages. Both sides come ready to use with spring and weights in the primary clutch and helix and spring pre-installed on the secondary.
- The primary clutch looks almost identical to stock but this one is upgraded from no bearing in the center to a 1-way bearing for slightly stronger engine braking and smoother shifting.
- The secondary is no longer the disposable non-rebuildable type as it is upgraded to the Tied style secondary that is fully serviceable with a removable helix in the rear. It also has smooth ebs engagement and reliability you expect from a tied type secondary clutch.
- This is the matching EBS upgrade package, meaning It has a one-way bearing which adds not only smoother shifting but also works with the included EBS secondary to provide smooth but noticeable engine braking when let off throttle between 0-15 mph. The original clutches for the 2010 and older Ranger 500 had no bearing in the primary, this upgrades primary to the 2011 and newer center 1 way bearing setup!
- This also has an upgraded secondary clutch to a true Tied style EBS secondary with a removable helix which allows smoother and yet slightly stringer engine breaking when you let off the gas pedal under 20 mph. The Tied type secondary in this kit is also rebuildable while some years of oem with years that came with snap ring on back of secondary OR Rapid Reaction style secondary clutches are not.

- This is an EBS type (one way bearing) clutch. It came oem on a select few of the 2014-2018 Ranger 900 XP and can be used as a replacement on those, OR it can be used to add additional 0-5mph engine braking on models that didn't come with it. If you add it to a model that originally had a 2 way bearing it will add additional slow down when you let off the gas pedal between 1-5 mph. If your main goal is to add engine breaking when over 5mph that comes from the secondary clutch.
